NATURAL NUTRITION
Self-prescribing food supplements is popular and most of us think this is the answer to better nutrition. You may experience better health for a few days but it is not long lasting. Have you asked yourself "Why?" Consult with me and allow me to explain. My work in the area of Natural Nutrition does not involve testing the body for deficiencies. I ask questions and listen to the answers. With these answers I can ascertain the toxic load or the level of acidity, the efficiency of the route of elimination, the dehydration level of the cells, the effectiveness of the daily cleansing mechanisms and certain mineral levels. This information allows me to build a picture and find the route cause. The resulting prescription is based upon this.

IRIDOLOGY
This is a diagnostic tool to assess the irides (the iris of the eye). The assessment, and what it reveals, contributes towards the final prescription that includes recommendations on foods to avoid and to introduce, lifestyle, exercise and food supplements.

ENERGY FIELD HEALING
This is an advanced form of healing where the healer works within and around the clients' energy field to repair and restore balance to a damaged or misaligned field. The effects of the healing may take up to 28 days to become noticeable in the physical body but in some instances the effects can be felt immediately. HOME AND WORKPLACE
The human energy field is sensitive to its' surroundings and is constantly communicating with the energy of wherever you might be either in your home, at work or out in the open.

There will be residues of energy from any event that has taken place. In the home environment life experiences and events remain as a memory that will linger for many years and anyone living in the home will live out these patterns.

When we remain living in these energetically difficult environments we will experience ill health. Depending upon the energies that are in the home the condition could be either physical or emotional. In its' simplest form there may manfiest as a change in thought patterns or the quality of sleep.

Children, babies and animals are particularly receptive to these denser energies. Children and babies tend to be unsettled and children lack concentration. Their response to the changes a home and land healing can make to the space they are living in are often more noticeable because of their sensitivity.

The residents of newly built homes can also benefit from a home cleansing because the land also retains a memory of past events and these could also be playing out in the home.

CARE OF OUR CHILDREN
The most precious thing in the world to us is our own health and the health and well-being of our children; not just as parents but as mankind - children are precious. The sensitive nature of a child is often overlooked. We don't stop to consider that the environment may not be right for them. What Environment? The food we provide for them, the air they breathe, the substances absorbed through their skin, their emotional support, the energy around them. Each of these provides an environment that the child "feeds" from and grows from.
